For those in America, have you heard about Ameriplan? I just browsed their website, they have great deals like from now until October 31, 2010, 50% off for the first 3 months of membership and free registration. Mom is in America, so are several of my relatives and friends, I know they will read this blog post, I hope they’ll study the discounted health plans of Ameriplan. And the rest of you too in America! This is NOT a health insurance, you are totally in control of any health or discount plan it offers that you feel suits you best.
To give you an idea, the following are some of the discounted plans Ameriplan is offering:
Total Health - all the options including: physician care, ancillary services such as physical therapy, lab work, imaging centers, diabetic supplies, etc.
Dental Plus – dental procedures, oral surgery and orthodontics
Vision - vision care which includes lenses, tints, coating and frames, as well as Ophthalmology exams and contact lenses
Chiropractic – consultation including diagnostics and x-ray
I will no longer worry about expensive dental procedures when I go to America, because there is a dental plan that will take care of my teeth. For the rest of my body, going to the doctor will be my last resort because I will take care of myself by adhering to a healthy lifestyle, which can be monitored by laboratory tests and other diagnostic examinations.
